Essential Lavander Oil This lavender oil is made by a natural process of steam extraction. This means the lavender flowers are packed into a large container which is than filled with steam. The result of this process is around 95% lavander hydrolat and around 5% lavender oil. The oil is then separated from the hydrolat and filled into bottles. NO ADDITIVES are added. The lavender is grown on the Croatian island Hvar. The extraction also takes place on Hvar. Since the lavender is made by a natural process it has a wide variety of uses, even in food. Some of the uses lavender is great for: Soap making Relaxation Bath fragrance Tea additive Massage Sleep aid (few drops on the pillow) Headache relief Removes clothes moths Reduces the irritation from insect bites Calms skin burns Promotes hair growth
