It is a working unit & reset to factory defaults. It is lightweight, small and durable. Approved to be used in federal fire fighting inter-agency operations . Audio quality is great, no problems to mention. It has the ability to change from analog to digital transmission with the press of one button and the user can set up their own zone of channels. Both of these features are not common, if available at all on other brands, I will ship with FPP enabled so that you can program your channel frequencies yourself .. As you can see in the pictures, this radio is gently used and in descent condition. Buttons, Lcd, knobs and Tx/Rx work properly. Radio will require frequency and channel programing .
